This is a broad, commercially focused role spanning Amazon, TikTok Shop, Ocado and major grocery retailers, alongside emerging marketplace opportunities. You'll sit at the intersection of eCommerce, digital shelf, retail media, sales and digital marketing, working closely with agency partners, retail account teams and internal marketing functions to accelerate online revenue and share growth. THE ROLE You will own the UK & European eCommerce strategy and execution, working across established marketplaces and retail partners while identifying new opportunities for growth. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute the UK & European eCommerce strategy, aligned with wider global objectives. Own eCommerce plans across Amazon, Ocado, TikTok Shop and online grocery retailers. Build annual account-level eCommerce plans, investment strategies and performance targets. Identify and evaluate new and emerging marketplaces to drive incremental revenue and visibility. Partner with sales teams and agencies to develop joint business plans and retail media campaigns. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, identifying opportunities to improve performance. Own eCommerce forecasting and reporting across the UK and Europe. Track sales against budget, promotional effectiveness, trade spend and commercial performance. Lead reporting across key eCommerce KPIs including conversion, AOV, CAC and CLV. Provide actionable insights on marketplace performance, customer behaviour, competitors and category trends. Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure availability and fulfilment across online channels. Support the wider digital marketing strategy across web, social, search, eCommerce and CRM. Help shape the digital customer journey, optimising key touchpoints across awareness, consideration, conversion and retention. Support CRM development across segmentation, automation and personalisation. Work with media agencies on paid media planning, activation, optimisation and reporting. Develop and support social commerce and social search strategies for the UK market. ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital commerce, retail media and online shopper behaviour, combined with genuine commercial and financial acumen. You'll ideally have: 4+ years' experience across eCommerce, FMCG, retail or a closely related consumer environment. Proven experience building and growing eCommerce businesses across platforms such as Amazon, Ocado, Tesco or other major retailers. Strong commercial and retail account management experience. A track record of delivering online sales and share growth. Experience managing marketplaces, digital shelf and/or retail media. Strong analytical capability and confidence turning data into commercial actions. Experience with platforms/tools such as Shopify, CitrusAd and commercial analytics dashboards.
