PA To Sales

PA to the Sales Team 

£35,000pa | Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm 

We are working with an established & successful business to recruit Executive Assistant to support their Strategic Account Team.

This is not a traditional administrative role – you’ll become a key part of a busy commercial & sales function, providing essential coordination & administrative support to the team and helping to make sure customer activity, meetings, actions & opportunities are managed effectively. 

We’re looking for someone who has previous experience supporting a sales, commercial or account management team.


The Role

• Manage diaries, appointments & customer meetings
  
  
• Coordinate site visits, CPDs & customer events
  
  
• Take meeting notes & follow up actions
  
  
• Prepare customer documents, presentations and literature
  
  
• Arrange samples and other customer requirements
  
  
• Handle general customer enquiries
  
  
• Support quotes, pricing and commercial administration
  
  
• Keep CRM and account information up to date
  
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
  
  
• Assist with reporting and account information

• Team or Business Support Coordinator
  
  
• Office Coordinator

We’re particularly interested in people who have experience supporting sales, commercial or account management teams, rather than necessarily working in sales themselves.

 

The Package

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm 
  
  
• Starting salary of up to £35,000pa DOE
  
  
• 25 days holiday + BH
  
  
• Hybrid working available (1-2 WFH)
  
  
• Free onsite parking
