Project Manager - Office Fit-Out & M&E
Location: Rotherham (S60)
Rate: £385 per day
Contract: 12 Months

Hi, this is Ayushi from RG Setsquare Recruitment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month contract based in Rotherham (S60). This is an excellent opportunity to lead a significant office fit-out and M&E project within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Oversee office fit-out and refurbishment works.
• Coordinate and manage all M&E activities on site.
• Manage subcontractors and the supply chain to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor programmes, budgets, variations, and project performance.
• Review and manage RAMS and ensure full health & safety compliance.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
• Ensure works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage projects within live and operational environments.

Essential Requirements

• Strong M&E project management background.
• Proven experience delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of RAMS, project programmes, budgets, variations, and H&S requirements.
• Experience working in live operational environments.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Valid SMSTS Certificate.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within manufacturing, aerospace, engineering, or other highly regulated environments.
• Previous experience working on Rolls-Royce projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
