RG Setsquare is working with an SME looking to expand their management team. They would like to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager from a Grounds Maintenance background, with the ability to come in and take over the management and running of existing contracts.

The role mostly involves maintaining existing relationships and ensuring that repeat business is achieved through excellent service delivery, provided by the direct delivery team of employed ground maintenance staff.

The role is currently being overseen by another CM with in the team. Due to successful growth targets being hit, the organisatoin have recognised that the role has expanded to the point of needing to hire an additional person in a similar capacity.

Essential:

• Full UK Driving License
• Previous experience working with a contractor who directly deliver maintenance works
• Grounds Maintenance knowledge and experience
• Budget management experience
• Client relationship and development experience

This role will require someone to come in to the office at least 1-2 times per week. The rest of the time, you will be working from home, or out and about on site, managing your teams, meeting clients and carrying out the bulk of the duties remotely.

A company car will be provided as will a phone and IT equipment.
