SEN Teaching Assistant (Level 3) (Wirral School ) - Daily Pay £90-£95

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development throughout the school day.
• Collaborate closely with school staff and parents to monitor progress and provide consistent feedback.
• Help adapt learning materials to ensure accessibility for all students.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role within an educational setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to classroom management.
• Patience, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are highly valued.
