About the role
What will you be doing?
We are looking for an experienced qualified SCHVN nurses, to support the needs of some of our most vulnerable young people who may be missing education, have complex needs and have become known to the youth justice system.
You will have wide experience of public health nursing working across boundaries and organisations.
You will have a keen interest and enthusiasm for improving the health of this population. You will have a proven track record of delivering health projects and programmes. The role will be to help in the early identification of individual health needs, provide support to and engagement with health services.
You will have the ability to prioritise competing demands and objectives, coupled with diplomacy and knowledge of the health needs of school aged children.
