Freelance Site Supervisor – Sizewell C

Location: Sizewell, Suffolk
Rate: £270 per day
Contract: Freelance

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major construction project at Sizewell C in Suffolk on a long-term freelance basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor looking for a stable, long-term contract on a major UK infrastructure project.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising site operatives, trades and subcontractors

• Coordinating daily site activities

• Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme

• Monitoring health & safety and site compliance

• Liaising with Site Managers and Project Managers

• Carrying out site inspections and monitoring quality

• Reporting on progress and identifying any issues

• Ensuring site procedures and project requirements are followed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within construction

• CSCS – essential

• SSSTS – essential

• Strong understanding of construction health & safety

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Previous experience supervising site teams

• Must be able to successfully pass BPSS clearance

• Right to work in the UK

• £270 per day
