Nursery Manager – up to £50,000 doe

We are recruiting for an experienced Nursery Manager to join a high-end nursery situated close to Stoughton in Leicester. Registered for up to 60 children per day, aged from 3 months to 5 years, the nursery provides a beautiful, well-resourced environment with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional experience for children and families.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nursery Manager who understands what outstanding service looks like and can combine excellent early years practice with strong leadership and commercial awareness. As part of an established medium-sized nursery group, you will also benefit from excellent resources, supportive budgets and the backing of an experienced central support team, while having the autonomy to lead your nursery successfully.

The role of Nursery Manager will include:

• Overseeing the day to day management of the Nursery
• Building strong relationships with parents
• Show rounds and registrations
• Role modelling high quality practice within the rooms
• Leading a team of 15+
• Recruitment and employee engagement

As the Nursery Manager you will need to have:

• Full and relevant early years qualification
• Able to recruit, build, lead and motivate a team
• Proven success at managing a Nursery to a high standard
• Quality driven and able to role model good practice
• Inspiring leadership skills which can attract and retain a stable team
• Excellent parent partnerships
