Team PA | Private Client

I’m currently recruiting for a Team PA to join the Private Client team of a leading London law firm, based in Holborn.

This is a permanent opportunity and would suit an experienced PA who is confident supporting busy Partners and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The role will involve supporting 2 Partners alongside a wider group of around 5 Associates, so we’re looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities confidently.

What they’re looking for:
 • Around 3-4 years’ PA experience, ideally within a law firm, although Professional Services experience will also be considered
 • Strong billing experience
 • Excellent diary management skills
 • Experience arranging complex international travel
 • Confident supporting busy Partners and senior stakeholders
 • Proactive approach with the confidence to chase and follow up with Partners when needed
 • Someone who can prioritise, use their initiative and hit the ground running

This would suit someone who enjoys being a trusted support to senior people, is comfortable working at pace and wants to become an integral part of a well-established Private Client team.
