Working Hours: Days

Monday to Friday AM shift early finish Friday (37 hours per week in total)

Salary: £17.10 per hour

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Fabricator/Welder to join our well-established client based in the Caerphilly area. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dedicated team within a well-established manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Mig weld (mild/stainless)

• Tig weld (mild/stainless)

• Spot weld (mild/stainless)

• General fabrication (aluminium/mild/stainless)

• Experience of guillotine, press rollers preferred but not essential

• Crane experience (overhead)

Also work independently to Engineering Drawing in a multitude of disciplines such as:

• Bending, Forming, Fabrication of sheet & structural steel

• Ability to tack jobs together

• Grinding

• MIG/TIG Welding

• Manufacture of framework

• Development Work i.e. Square to Rounds & Hopper Fabrication

• Use of Guillotine

• Use of Brake Press

• Use of Pillar Drill

• Manufacture of Bespoke Framework

Requirements

• Ability to manufacture from engineering drawings

• Experience with fitting & assembly of complete machines

• Ability to read drawings

• Sheet metal work

• Fabrication of developments

• Work as a member of a team
