Who This Role Could Suit An experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant looking to step into a Head of Recruitment position. Individuals with experience across any permanent recruitment market, particularly Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, Construction, Professional Services or Renewable Energy. Experience You will have a proven background in permanent recruitment and a track record of developing strong client relationships. You'll be commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by the opportunity to build something significant. Strong business development capabilities, stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach are essential.
