The Role As an Executive Search Consultant or Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities will include: Managing executive search and professional recruitment assignments from brief through to successful placement. Building and developing long-term client relationships. Delivering retained search and contingent recruitment projects. Identifying and engaging senior-level finance and leadership professionals. Conducting market mapping, headhunting and candidate engagement activities. Developing existing accounts while supporting new business growth opportunities. Maintaining a high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment process. Accountancy & Finance Focus Current assignments typically include: Finance Director Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Financial Controller Head of Finance Finance Business Partner Management Accountant Commercial Finance Manager Group Financial Controller Senior Finance Leadership Appointments The business also delivers executive search projects across broader professional services and leadership disciplines. About You Previous recruitment experience is essential.
