The successful candidate will be able to establish clear expectations, build positive relationships and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that drive attainment and progress. The successful candidate will: * Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum * Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across core subjects, particularly in SATs preparation * Confidently manage behaviour and maintain a positive, focused learning environment * Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers * Maintain high expectations for both behaviour and academic achievement The school welcomes applications from experienced teachers across the M3 to M5 pay scale.
