Salary: Teacher Main/Upper Pay Scale, M1 (£32,916) - U3 (£51,048) FTE, plus TLR 2.1 (£3,527) per annum if applicable, subject to the September 2026 pay award.
Contract Type: Full time , Permanent
Expected Start Date: January 2027, subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks.

Role overview:
Anglian Learning is pleased to share with you an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join the team at The Pines Primary School.
Alongside responsibility for the academic achievement and pastoral care of your class, you will play an important role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
An enhanced opportunity is also available for candidates interested in taking on an additional leadership responsibility. This would attract a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) payment. Working closely with the Headteacher, the successful candidate taking on this additional responsibility will contribute to curriculum and assessment development, support and influence colleagues’ practice, monitor standards and pupil outcomes, and contribute to whole-school improvement.

The successful candidate will:
- hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- have proven successful teaching experience and a strong understanding of effective teaching, learning and assessment
- have high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to securing strong outcomes
- be able to support and influence colleagues through modelling, coaching and professional dialogue
- have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- be committed to safeguarding, inclusion and the wider life of the school
