Hayfield School is a rapidly expanding primary special school, specialising in meeting the needs of pupils who have moderate learning difficulties and social communication difficulties.
The Governors are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Lunchtime Play workers, to deal with the welfare, general supervision of our pupils over the lunchtime period, with the possibility of additional hours as classroom support.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have had relevant experience of working with challenging children and a clear understanding of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs. It is highly desirable to have experience working with pupils with ASD, although training will be given. An ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential. Relevant experience of working with children is required and experience in delivering games/ sporting activity would also be beneficial.
Closing Date: Monday 12th October at 12:00.
Interviews will be on: Thursday 15th October.
