About the role
Warehouse Operatives – Brackmills, Northampton
Pay Rate:
- Early Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM): £13.08 per hour
- Late Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM): £13.08 per hour plus a shift premium of £3/h paid between 18:00-22:00
Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton

About the Role
We are currently recruiting a dedicated team of Warehouse Operatives for an exciting new project based in Brackmills, Northampton, starting next week.
You will be working on a fast-paced operation assembling, making, and filling cardboard display stands with popular snack products. While prior experience it’s a plus, we also need candidates who are open and willing to learn how to operate a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) / pallet stacker if requested!
Shifts Available
- Early Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (£13.08/h)
- Late Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (£13.08/h + £3h paid between 18:00-22:00
Key Requirements
- Role: Warehouse Operative.
- Willingness to Learn: Must be open to receiving training on a PPT / pallet stacker if requested for your shift.
- Reliability & Punctuality: Able to commit to consistent shift patterns up to Christmas.
- Allergen Awareness: Please note that peanuts are involved in this project (sealed products, but requires careful handling). Candidates must be comfortable working in an environment where nut products are present.
