Birmingham City Council Community Safety Team is looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join our Community Safety Team as a Senior Community Safety Manager – Thematic.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and delivery of high-impact, citywide community safety strategies. You will shape priorities such as Violence Reduction, Violence Against Women and Girls, and Organised Crime, ensuring a coordinated, evidence-based approach across the Birmingham Community Safety Partnership (BCSP).
This is an exciting opportunity to influence policy, drive partnership working, and deliver meaningful outcomes that improve safety and wellbeing for residents across Birmingham.
