Private Client Personal Assistant | Central London | Up to £50k | 12-Month FTC

We’re recruiting for a Legal Personal Assistant to join a highly regarded Private Client team within a leading London law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being busy, building strong relationships and taking ownership of their Partners’ day-to-day support.

The role:

• Support Partners and Senior Associates
• Complex diary and workload management
• Regular client and stakeholder interaction
• Billing, WIP, invoices and expenses
• Matter and document management
• Supporting BD, meetings, events and travel
• Working closely with Legal Admin teams

You’ll need:

• Previous Legal PA/EA experience within a Private Client team
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confidence dealing with Partners, clients and senior stakeholders
• Good billing/WIP experience
• A proactive, hands-on approach

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office
