Responsible to: Lead Progress Tutor / Tutoring Manager
Responsible for: Overall academic progress, attendance, personal development, welfare, and successful progression to university or employment
Working hours: Term time, 187 days per year, 37 hours per week. Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:00 Friday: 08:15 – 15:45
Closing Date: 12noon on Thursday 8th October 2026

Inspire Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School, Thomas Rotherham College and Winterhill School.
Based at Thomas Rotherham College, we are recruiting a Progress Tutor to support student development, including academic progress, personal growth, and wellbeing. Successful candidates will monitor attendance and progress, provide guidance and support, and deliver group tutorials and individual mentoring.
