If you would like to join a company that invests in its people & rewards them well, then now is the time to become a part of our passionate team.The Ideal Branch Manager:An aptitude of positivity, personal drive, passion, and a winning mentality.Exceptionally motivational, enthusiastic, and resilient.Developed listening skills and an ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.Able to work under pressure, and to focused timelines.Good time management and problem-solving skill.Commercial awarenessDuties of a Branch Manager:Business Development- To ensure team convert new clients and maximise potential within existing clients.Service Delivery Responsible for all activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet the requirements of each clients contractual obligations.Financial Performance -Understand the financial position of the Branch Operations Manager in relation to both the desk and branch profitability and be able to translate this through to your teams.
