About the role
We are working with a successful Law Firm based in Portadown to appoint their new Bookkeeper.
Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:30
£30,000 – £35,000
Working within the office team you will;
- Maintain general ledger and financial records for the firm
- Reconcile bank and trust accounts on a regular basis
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and send client invoices and billing statements
- Track client retainers and trust account activity
- Generate monthly financial reports for review
- Assist with year-end financial preparation and audits
- Ensuring strict compliance with Solicitor Accounts Regulations
- PAYE
- Credit Control
What they are looking for….
- Open to either 5 + years accounts experience or previous legal bookkeeping experience
- High Level of Professional Integrity and confidentiality
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound level of IT literacy
