Senior Maximo Technical Consultant

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Maximo Technical Consultant to support key initiatives across our IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) environment, including MAS Mobile, meter-based maintenance, PI/MIF integrations, Java customisations, cloud-hosted MAS platforms, and MAS 9.0 to 9.2 upgrades.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical delivery across MAS Mobile, MIF, PI integrations, and upgrade activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Maximo and Java customisation issues.
• Work closely with Product, DevOps, Testing, and Delivery teams to overcome technical challenges.
• Support deployments, releases, and configuration management.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo/MAS.
• Expertise in MAS Mobile, MIF, PI integration, and meter-based maintenance.
• Experience delivering MAS 9.x upgrades, ideally 9.0 to 9.2.
• Strong Java development and Maximo customisation skills.
• Experience with cloud-hosted MAS environments, ideally Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO).
• Knowledge of deployment pipelines and DBC scripting.
• Ability to hit the ground running and deliver value from day one.
