I'm currently supporting a leading infrastructure organisation in the search for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a major UK project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with infrastructure or engineering experience to take ownership of the procurement of critical Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) packages, managing the process from strategy and tendering through to contract award and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across key M&E packages.
• Develop and manage competitive tender processes, including ITTs and evaluations.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms under NEC3 contracts.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance and support successful project delivery.
• Ensure procurement activities are compliant and aligned with project objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven procurement experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering, utilities, rail, water or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, negotiation and contract award processes.
• Experience working with NEC3 contracts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and commercial skills.
• M&E procurement experience would be highly advantageous.
