Support Worker (Driver) - Tayport/St Andrews/Cupar

About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will be instrumental in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life within their own homes. You'll provide a range of support services tailored to individual needs, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to clients, assisting with daily living activities.
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure client well-being.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the wider care team.
Your Schedule & Compensation
Schedule:Rotating shifts (Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri) with split shifts (07:30-13:00 & 17:00-21:30).
Contract:Average of 35 hours per week.
- Pay:Weekdays at £15/hr, Weekends at £17/hr.
Gender Preference: We are currently seeking female staff due to specific personal care requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
- For the Tayport and St Andrews positions, we are specifically seeking female staff due to personal care requirements.
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Candidates must reside within a 30-minute radius of at least one of the service locations (Tayport, St Andrews, or Cupar).
