What we can offer you: Access to our company pension scheme Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to 24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your household One paid days leave every year to volunteer and support your community Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential Stream - Employee financial wellbeing support: early access to your earned pay, savings, budgeting, financial coaching & reward What you'll be doing: Lead a large team to deliver overall performance objectives including financial targets, production, plant availability, safety and compliance Manage the Facility in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements (VMR) toolkit standard, Environmental Permit requirements, ISO standards and ERF safety systems Direct and coordinate all aspects of Energy Recovery, Mechanical Treatment and Material Recovery Facilities operations Prepare annual budgets for Operations & Maintenance and manage P&L responsibility (Multi £M revenue) Interact with internal and external stakeholders to deliver client contracts, drive high levels of contract performance and maintain strategic technical oversight Record and process accidents, incidents and audit/inspection non-conformities in line with internal and external reporting processes What we're looking for: Previous management experience in Energy Recovery, Power Generation or process industry Degree in an Engineering discipline with previous technical experience from a continuous process background Strong leadership skills with ability to support and manage teams through guidance and mentoring Financial oversight and P&L management experience In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance requirements Negotiating and influencing skills with strong commercial acumenWhat's next?
