This is a unique opportunity to work for an established international manufacturer of Condition-Monitoring equipment who have just had there 5-year growth plan confirmed in the UK. You'll manage relationships with leading Engineering and Manufacturing businesses, helping customers improve machinery reliability, reduce downtime and identify developing equipment faults. With an approved growth plan, accredited specialist training (Including ISO quals) this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an established customer portfolio, manage your own working week and develop your career within a growing international engineering business. The Role Manage and develop an existing portfolio of blue-chip and industrial customer accounts, including McLaren F1 and BMW. Build relationships with engineering managers, maintenance teams and technical decision-makers. Understand customers' mechanical equipment and reliability requirements, recommending appropriate technical solutions. Sell specialist condition-monitoring and vibration-analysis equipment to industrial customers. Manage your own territory, diary and customer appointments, averaging approximately four customer-site visits per week. Work remotely between customer visits, with genuine flexibility to structure your working week. Develop your technical knowledge through accredited specialist training in vibration analysis and condition monitoring.What We're Looking For Technical sales / Account management / BDM experience within Mechanical engineering or a related industrial sector. A recognised Mechanical engineering qualification and a good understanding of electromechanical machinery. Experience selling industrial equipment, engineering products or technical services ( such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, rotating equipment,) Strong account management, relationship-building and customer service skills. The ability to work autonomously and manage an established customer portfolio.
