Logistics and Sales Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to support a leading player in the motorcycle industry. This role sits within the Sales Operations team and focuses on administrative coordination across orders, logistics, invoicing, and vehicle registration processes . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and wants to grow within an international project. Key responsibilities: Manage and process orders, registrations, and administrative sales activities Coordinate transport requests and logistics for sold motorcycles Handle and approve license plate requests and legalization processes Monitor and follow up on production and delivery delays Ensure all documentation for vehicles (new, used, and pool bikes) is accurate and complete Maintain close communication with dealers and internal stakeholders What we’re looking for: 1–2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles Background in the automotive/motorcycle sector is a strong plus Degree in Business Administration or similar Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Languages: Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English is required (Spanish is a plus) Proficiency in Power BI Interest in data analysis and ability to identify patterns Attention to detail (error awareness) Time and priority management Interest in motorcycles and ease of learning regarding the product Soft skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive and solution-driven Able to work independently Strong communication skills With over 5,000 employees based in more than 80 countries across the globe, our teams provide industry leading expertise that spans: Consumer Engagement Parts, Accessories & Service Performance Actionable Insights Repair Optimization & Compliance Learning Solutions Distribution & Sales Performance Our proven track record means that we now partner with almost every car manufacturer on the market.
