Marketing and Content Executive

Are you an innovative and proactive marketer who loves getting out from behind the desk and onto camera? We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business expanding its team. Due to impressive growth, they are appointing a dedicated Marketing Executive to take ownership of their brand voice, social channels, and customer-facing materials. You'll bring 'out-of-the-box' ideas to life-from video content and engaging brand campaigns to podcasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Content & Socials: Create short-form videos and imagery (Canva, etc.) for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; capture on-site/visit content.

• Customer Support: Engage directly with trade partners, locksmiths, and stockists to provide POS and marketing support.

• Campaigns & Podcasts: Support launch campaigns and take the lead on building a new industry podcast series.

• Events & Comms: Represent the brand at trade shows, write blog/site content, and send weekly internal marketing updates.

• Reputation: Track social metrics and monitor Google/Trustpilot reviews.

About you?

• Proven experience in a dedicated marketing, content, or social media role.

• Highly confident presenting on camera and creating video content.

• Proactive approach to direct customer and trade engagement.

• Creative thinker who stays on top of market trends.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across a diverse trade customer base
