About the role
First Call Contract Services are happy to announce we have a full time Customer Service Role with in Braintree Council.
Shifts for Customer Service Administrator :
- 09:00 – 17:00
Pay :
- £14.01 per hour
Main Duties of Customer Service Administrator:
- General administrative duties, such as inputting and managing data
- Taking customer calls and representing the company professionally
- Resolving customer queries
- Logging customer orders
