Business Development Manager 

Location: Cheltenham (2 days WFH)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + 20% bonus
Hours: Full-time, permanent

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and spotting opportunities? This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation with a professional, forward-thinking culture.

The role:
You’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive, research-led outreach. Using LinkedIn and email as your primary tools, you’ll build relationships with senior decision-makers, introduce the company’s services, and help drive long-term commercial growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients across relevant sectors
• Develop and deliver well-crafted outreach campaigns, primarily via LinkedIn and email
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Manage meetings and presentations, articulating value clearly and confidently
• Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently to nurture prospects

About you:

• Some experience in sales or account management, ideally within a professional or consultative environment
• Confident engaging with directors and senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a professional and positive attitude
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools to research and connect with prospects
