Level 2 Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Qualified Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing across the academy. Working as part of a team under the direction of the Academy Leader, you will help pupils engage fully in academy life, develop as independent learners, and achieve their full potential. The role also includes providing PPA cover across the academy as required.

You will be a positive team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and committed to creating a positive learning environment, while confidently providing classroom support.
