CNC Machinist
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE
Shifts: 4-Day Week (10-Hour Shifts)
Patterns: Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday
Overtime: Available, with earnings potential up to 60 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing
You'll manufacture high-precision components for industries including aerospace, defence, energy and advanced engineering.
Depending on your experience, you'll:
- Set and operate CNC machinery
- Edit or create CNC programmes
- Work from engineering drawings
- Manufacture components to tight tolerances
- Carry out quality inspections
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
You'll work in a modern manufacturing environment equipped with the latest CNC technology and machinery.
What You'll Bring
We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in:
- CNC Milling or Turning
- CNC Setting and Operation
- CNC Programming
- Reading engineering drawings
- Precision engineering or regulated manufacturing environments
