Atkins Search are currently recruiting on behalf of a Sheffield based Construction Consultancy for a Chartered MRICS Building Surveyor to join a nationally recognised, proactive team. Role

As an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor employed by a Sheffield based multi-sector, multi-disciplinary consultancy, you will:

Support senior team members in project delivery from inception to completion
Leading projects and helping with coordinating in house multi discipline design services
Manage client relationships and expectations
Apply technical expertise across varied construction projects
Operate proactively across both project and professional led services

The successful candidate for the MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor job in Sheffield must be able to demonstrate:

4+ years of relevant building surveying experience in a construction consultancy environment
Ambitious, career driven attitude
A building surveying degree or equivalent qualification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel applications
A proactive, positive attitude with confidence communicating at all levels
All-round technical building surveying knowledge
An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
Remuneration

A highly competitive salary £45,000 - £55,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
