£38,000 Basic Salary + £22,000 Bonus (OTE £60,000)

Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Building relationships with key decision-makers
- Booking high-quality appointments for the wider sales team
- Managing and updating CRM records
- Achieving individual and team performance targets
- Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, SDR or BDR roles
- Confident and professional communicator
- Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Eager to develop a long-term career in sales
- Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the London office
