Positive Behaviour Manager

Due to the school expanding in size, the Directors are looking to employ a Positive Behaviour and Attendance Manager, to work under the line management of the Head Teacher or their delegated senior leader, to lead the management, coordination and implementation of school wide and individual positive behaviour management strategies, alongside improving the behaviour and well-being of students, by developing approaches based on existing good practice in managing and supporting students with SEMH.

Manor Abbey is a school for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties. We currently have 52 pupils on roll aged between KS3 and KS4. Our aim is to enable pupils to have a positive experience of education and equip them for their future.

We work hard to ensure that all pupils with whom we work feel valued and respected. We provide the support they need to learn and prepare to be active British citizens who contribute to society.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic and flexible and have the experience and ability to motivate pupils to achieve their maximum potential.
