An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Years teacher to join Birstall Primary Academy as we establish our brand-new nursery provision from January 2027.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the academy's journey. Working alongside our experienced Early Years team and senior leaders, you will play a key role in helping to shape and develop the nursery provision, ensuring children receive an exceptional start to their education. We are looking for a practitioner who can bring expertise, ideas and enthusiasm to support the successful launch and growth of the provision.

We are seeking a teacher who:

• Has significant experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development and early learning.
• Has a proven track record of delivering high-quality teaching and securing excellent outcomes for young children.
• Creates nurturing, engaging and inclusive learning environments.
• Has high expectations for all children.
• Values strong partnerships with parents and families.
• Is excited by the opportunity to contribute to the development of a brand-new nursery provision.
• Is committed to working collaboratively with colleagues to continually improve practice.
