W1C, Grosvenor Square, Greater London Linear Executive Search Finance Director, Hotels Sector, Central London, £150k - £175k basic + exceptional package A well-established luxury and boutique Hotel operator in Central London is looking for an accomplished Finance Director to join its senior leadership team, based in London. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially capable Finance Director to join a hugely ambitious and fast-growing business, with a particular emphasis on financial business partnering and due-diligence as part of continued M&A activities. The group intends to double in size over the course of the next 5 years, taking the business to a market valuation of circa £1bn, so this role would suit a highly commercial, ambitious and driven leader with a proven track record of working at executive/board level to drive forward a fast-growing business. You will be a creative and analytical thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and a passion for both data driven decision making and exceptional financial management. In addition to consummate communication skills, you must be enthusiastic and dynamic with the personal confidence and vision required to lead a business from a financial perspective Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, the new Finance Director will bring together FP&A, commercial accounting, financial management and revenue recognition teams under one single shared finance operation for the group. Your focus as Finance Director will be on revenue recognition, cost optimisation and business growth. Previous experience with PE investors, and in the hotel/hospitality industry would be useful but is not a prerequisite. This is a hands-on financial leadership and implementation role, with full accountability for the success of the financial and commercial team as it goes through a period of rapid expansion, and is a great opportunity for an accomplished Finance Director to lead a business that has truly outstanding growth prospects and a lucrative bonus and benefits package.
