The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Specialty Doctor in Breast Radiology to support an NHS Radiology service in South West England.

This fixed-term opportunity offers a 1-year contract, commencing ASAP, providing consistent work within an established Breast Imaging service. This role is ideally suited to candidates with recent NHS Breast Radiology experience who are confident delivering high-quality breast imaging and diagnostic services within a multidisciplinary environment.

You will work alongside experienced radiologists, radiographers, surgeons, and specialist nurses, contributing to the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred breast care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality breast imaging services within a Breast Radiology setting
• Interpret mammography, ultrasound, and other breast imaging investigations as appropriate
• Participate in breast assessment clinics and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support timely diagnosis and management of patients referred to breast services
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records in line with NHS standards
• Work collaboratively within the wider breast and radiology teams
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, effective, and patient-focused service

What We're Looking For

• Full GMC registration
• Recent NHS Breast Radiology experience is essential
• Experience working within a Breast Imaging service
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamworking skills
• Strong clinical judgement and professionalism
• Valid Right to Work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)
