1-1 Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, who will be instrumental in driving pupil progress and supporting well-being across the school. Collaborating closely with teachers, you will help maintain an enriching, secure, and accessible learning environment.
By providing targeted support where it’s needed most, you will eliminate learning obstacles and enable high-quality whole-class support. This position requires excellent communication, resilience, and a commitment to nurturing our pupils.

What You Will Do As A 1-1 Teaching Assistant:

• Delivering one-to-one or small-group interventions in core subjects like reading, writing, and phonics to help pupils of all abilities.
• To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to accelerate with their learning.
• Providing tailored assistance to pupils with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or identified learning, behavioral, or physical difficulties.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working in a primary school environment.
• Outstanding organisational skills to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the role.
• Able to establish good working relationships with a wide range of people - pupils, colleagues and parents
