HR Transformation Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Lead for a contract opportunity. The role will lead strategic people and systems transformation initiatives, supporting the improvement of HR processes, technology, data and employee services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of HR transformation programmes and projects
• Review and improve HR processes, policies and operating models to enhance efficiency and employee experience
• Support the implementation and optimisation of HR information systems and digital tools
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, HR teams, technology functions and external partners
• Develop project plans, manage risks and track progress against agreed objectives
• Drive effective change management, communication and stakeholder engagement
• Use HR data and insights to identify improvement opportunities and support informed decision-making
• Ensure transformation activity is aligned with organisational priorities and relevant employment requirements

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience leading HR transformation, change or organisational improvement programmes
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes and people systems
• Experience delivering HR technology or process improvement projects
• Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills
• Confident stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results within a contract environment
• Understanding of change management principles and employee engagement
