About the role
Responsibilities: Drive business development and sales growth across international (AI/Data Center Infrastructure) and energy solutions markets. Lead commercial negotiations, including RFQs, contract discussions, pricing strategy, and bid management with customers and partners. Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to develop competitive proposals and deliver customer solutions. Manage customer inquiries, quotations, project pipelines, and order follow-up to ensure conversion targets and revenue objectives are achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, EPCs, developers, and strategic partners. Represent the company during customer meetings, site visits, industry events, and conferences to strengthen market presence and identify new business opportunities. Gather market intelligence and customer insights to support business expansion and strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, International Trade, Energy, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial management within data centers, energy storage, renewable energy, power infrastructure, or related sectors. Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, bid management, and solution-based selling. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills in an international business environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across matrix organisations and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results, business growth, and market expansion. Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis. Previous overseas working experience and/or experience in energy storage, power systems, EV, battery, or related technology sectors is advantageous. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders across global markets. Please submit your CV in English for consideration.
