JOB TITLE: Insolvency Solicitor
PQE: 2-3 years PQE
LOCATION: Norwich
SALARY: £Up to circa £55k DOE

THE ROLE:
You will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload, advising businesses, directors and other clients across a range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including:
• Business restructurings and formal insolvency processes
• Winding-up proceedings
• Directors' duties
• Contentious insolvency matters
This is a role where you will have the opportunity to build on your existing experience and take on increasingly complex work, with support from an experienced team around you.

THE CANDIDATE
The firm is looking for an Insolvency Solicitor with around 2-3 years' PQE and experience gained across insolvency and/or restructuring. Both contentious and non-contentious experience will be considered. You will have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills and a commercial approach, together with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
