Location: Swindon
Salary: £13.00 per hour (increasing upon successful completion of probation and permanent employment)
Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts

• Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm

• Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Print Finisher to join a busy and established print production business in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous print finishing or print production experience who is looking for a long-term career opportunity.

The successful candidate will initially be employed through the agency for a 3-month probation period. Following successful completion, a permanent contract will be offered directly by the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating print finishing equipment safely and efficiently

• Completing a range of finishing tasks including cutting, folding, binding, laminating and packaging

• Ensuring all finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Supporting production targets and deadlines

• Assisting across different areas of production as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in print finishing or a print production environment is essential

• Ability to work rotating double-day shifts

• Flexible approach to overtime, particularly during peak periods and holiday cover

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team

• Forklift licence desirable but not essential
