TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well established South Wales law firm in its search for a Commercial Property Solicitor at NQ+ level to join its team in Merthyr Tydfil.

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor looking to build their career within a well established local team, working closely with experienced solicitors and partners and advising clients across Merthyr, the surrounding valleys and wider South Wales.

The firm has strong roots within the local community and prides itself on providing practical, commercially focused legal advice to businesses, property developers, investors and organisations. Its understanding of the local market and long standing relationships with clients and professional contacts are central to its approach.

The Role

You will join an established Commercial Property team handling a varied caseload, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases

• Property development and investment matters

• Land and site acquisitions

• Property portfolio work

• Property related agreements and transactions

• Advising local businesses, developers, investors and organisations

You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, take responsibility for your own matters and continue developing your technical and commercial expertise, with the support of experienced colleagues and partners.
