TSR Legal are currently working with a well-established law firm in Worcestershire that is looking to strengthen its Residential Property team with an experienced Solicitor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking team where quality of service is genuinely valued.

The firm has a strong presence within its local market and prides itself on building lasting client relationships, rather than operating a high-volume conveyancing model. You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, work closely with an experienced team and develop your career within a growing department.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion, taking ownership of your files and providing a high level of client care throughout.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing residential sales and purchases
• Handling remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider team

About You

The firm is looking for someone with solid residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing their own caseload and takes pride in delivering a personable, high-quality service.

You’ll ideally have experience handling residential transactions independently, alongside strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
