About the role
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working in a caretaking, site management, facilities or maintenance role.
- Possesses practical DIY and repair skills.
- Can work independently and use initiative to solve problems.
- Has experience working effectively as part of a team.
- Can communicate confidently with staff, pupils, parents, contractors and visitors.
- Has an understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Is able to undertake manual handling and move furniture and equipment safely.
- Has basic IT skills such as creating and responding to emails and undertaking online searches for contractors and or equipment
- Can maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all members of the school community.
