Cyber Security Lead Central - London (limited travel) - Permanent Role

I’m working with a rapidly growing organisation that has made significant investments in Cyber Security over the last few years and is now looking for a Senior Cyber Security Operations Engineer to help shape what comes next.

This is far more than a traditional Cyber Operations role.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, design solutions, build business cases, engage stakeholders and lead implementation across a broad range of security initiatives. From a planned Microsoft Sentinel migration and incident response capability development, through to AI Security, Copilot governance, security automation and cloud security, you’ll have genuine ownership from concept through to delivery.

We’re looking for a technical Cyber Security enthusiast with experience working within a Microsoft security environment, who is comfortable operating across the wider security function, including:

✅ Security Architecture & Solution Design
✅ Security Automation & Engineering
✅ AI Security & Copilot Governance
✅ Security Controls & Frameworks

The CIO and Head of Information Security is looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes cyber security. For example, someone who enjoys building labs, keeping up with emerging technologies, getting hands-on with engineering challenges and taking ownership of improving security across the business.
