Actual Salary: £18,867 - £19,473 per annum

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. Working closely with teachers and other support staff, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils' learning, development and wellbeing, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment where every child can flourish.

• Support pupils in the classroom to access learning and achieve their individual targets.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to deliver targeted interventions and learning activities.
• Assist teachers with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and classroom activities.
• Support pupils with varying educational, social and emotional needs.
• Foster positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and participation in school life.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
• Contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.

• Experience of working with primary-aged children, ideally within an educational setting.
• A passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, nurturing and flexible approach.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
• Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to contribute to school life.
• A commitment to inclusion, equality and safeguarding.
• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
