Our client is looking for a genuine team-player to coordinate their front of house as well as provide efficient travel/diary management for a busy team of Fund Managers (role is NOT based front of house)

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Organising European / UK travel arrangements
• Coordinating diaries, setting up meetings and VCs
• Logging expenses
• Acting as first point of contact and ambassador for the firm at all times
• Front of house and meeting room management
• Managing office supplies
• Assisting Office Manager with ad hoc projects
• Handling inbound and outbound post, couriers and taxis

The skills you need to bring:

• Previous experience of booking overseas travel and updating calendars  advantageous
• Previous Front of House experience essential
• Keen attention to detail essential
• Confident and proactive approach
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proactive team player skills
