Registered Manager - Adults Learning Disability, Autism.

We're seeking a skilled, passionate Registered Manager who has experience of multi site management to lead teams for residential services across the Chester area, Cheshire.

The role

• To oversee the day-to-day management and leadership of 2 small residential services for adults with learning disability and autism and oversight of one single occupancy supported living service.
• Lead and motivate a team of support staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies, including CQC standards.
• Develop and implement support plans tailored to individual needs, promoting person-centred care.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to uphold high standards of care and safety.
• Support in any recruitment and selection and staff retention initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.

About YOU:

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
• Proven experience in a managerial role especially across multi site management with the ability to lead from the front and develop and support your teams
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational processes effectively.
• Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to delivering person-centred care and fostering a positive team environment.
• Sound knowledge and experience of dealing with safeguarding and all CQC related guidelines.
• Car driver with access to your own vehicle and flexible for travel across areas across the Chester locations.
• A skilled RM with the awareness of this being a senior leadership role with clear expectations, accountability and autonomy to lead your services.
